ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is accepted via PayPal and Venmo. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a refund, contact us at furs@laurelfurs.com or (813) 281-2828 with your order details. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Restyling and repair services, once work has begun, are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments for restyling, repairs, or consultations can be booked through our online scheduling system. Please provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
